What you would like to accomplish: Be able to give access to specific repositories in Artifact Registry to a complete Organization including Service Accounts

How this might work: Be able to add domains of service accounts to the principals or an option to give access to full organization without making the repository public

If applicable, reasons why alternative solutions are not sufficient: Currently you have to give Service Accounts permissions one by one
