ConstraintLayout version: 2.1.4, 2.2.0-alpha04

Steps to reproduce:

• Scroll sample project
• Observe logcat shows correct startId = R.id.start
• Scroll up to move MotionLayout to R.id.end state
• Detach and attach MotionLayout (Use button Reattach in sample project)
• Scroll again
• Observe that startId in logcat now equals to endId. Both are R.id.end
