Problem you have encountered:

Not properly reflecting the exact date and time if I push the same container images into the Artifact Registry repository.

This happens by a difference between the Container Registry and the Artifact Registry.

• Artifact Registry: if I push the same image, it does not update the UPDATE_TIME.
• Container Registry: if I push the same image, it reflects the TIMESTAMP at the time.

What you expected to happen:

if I push the same image, AR reflects the UPDATE_TIME at the time.

Steps to reproduce:

• push the same image into the AR repository
