A short description of the issue:

Clicking interactive components in an AMP Email jumps the scroll to the top of the email in Gmail iOS.

If appropriate, a small code sample that reliably reproduces the issue. The sample should run as-is or with minimal setup, without external dependencies.

(Ironically this is an email Google created and perfectly shows the bug occurring! The fact that even Google's emails have this bug means that it's not our fault and it's happening across all AMP emails. Other developers have also mentioned it. )

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Create an AMP email with the sample code above.
Send the email to a Gmail iOS device.
Click any of the dropdowns, toggles, or carousel buttons.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? If you see error messages, please provide them.

The dropdowns, toggles, and carousel buttons should work as intended without causing the entire email to jump to the top of the scroll.
