We have a lot of user managed SA keys with a set expiry date & we want to get the notification of expiry keys via slack, email & would like to receive a notification of service account keys expiration days before they do expire.

Currently we use terraform time_rotating (Resource) to specify service account key rotation period based on our policy but it would be great to get notified before it rotate the keys so it doesnt cause downtime.
