Jetpack Compose version: It is an issue that occurs from version 1.3.0-alpha02 to latest version(1.4.0-alpah01). Jetpack Compiler version : 1.3.2

Steps to Reproduce or Code Sample to Reproduce:

1. Inflate GLSurfaceView and Set Renderer by using AndroidView Composable Function

AndroidView(
  factory = {
    GLSurfaceView(it).apply {
      setEGLContextClientVersion(2)
      setRenderer(Renderer())
    }
  }
}

2. If an external area of the GLSurfaceView exists, the area is fixedly filled with white.

Box(modifier = Modifier.fillMaxSize()) {
  Box(modifier = Modifier.size(400.dp)) {
    AndroidView(
      factory = {
        GLSurfaceView(it).apply {
          setEGLContextClientVersion(2)
          setRenderer(Renderer())
        }
      }
    }
  }
}

As shown above code, the portion except for the GLSurfaceView area is covered in white. If I do not set the renderer, it doesn't fill in white.

3. The background color doesn't work either. (The background color of Material Theme or Modifier.background or Surface(color = background))

It is ok except Android 10.
