Component used (HealthServices or HealthConnect): both HealthConnect and HealthServices

Heart Rate Variability (HRV) is a vital measurement which makes the interpretation of multiple health parameters easier. Including stress level, recovery approximation, Sleep Stage Classification, etc...

Many wearables measure this data. For example, Fitbit provides the raw HRV during sleep, while the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 approximates Stress levels using HRV under the hood.

Unfortunately, at the moment neither Health Connect nor Health Services provide DataType.HRV.

I'd love to open-source Android libraries on top of both HealthConnect and HealthServices, that provide Sleep Stage Classification results based on HRV, but this blocks me at the moment.
