Currently our focus is on correctness of the existing features and the API. I wouldn't expect this feature to be implemented in the next few months.

Steps To Reproduce:
<b>(1)</b>vmc stop termina
<b>(2)</b>vmc start termina
<b>(3)</b>vmc container termina penguin --privileged true
Expected Result:
Crostini container starts in privileged mode allowing me to use losetup
Actual Result:
Error: operation `container_start` failed: failed to start container: `FAILED`: failed to wait for container update: Invalid config: LXD was configured to only allow unprivileged containers
How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to
reproduce?): Always
What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?

Additional information:
Only affects Octopus family board devices. Can be replicated on Fleex devices too.
