Hi,

I would love to integrate Paging3 to the app I'm working on, but can't due to a requirement that (to my knowledge) cannot be done with current Paging3 api.

The use-case is that I have to add a sum of "completely loaded" groups to each separator.

An example:

[Separator A: 3 items]
Apple
Apricot
Asdf
[Separator B: 1 item]
Banana
[Separator C: *not complete*]
Carrot
Cucumber
..
(All C-data not loaded yet)

Do you know if this is something that can be done? And is this something that you would consider adding in a future revision?
