Subpremises were not supported in Place Autocomplete predictions, but it seems the support was added in June 2022. https://issuetracker.google.com/issues/35830389#comment49

All these examples all around the world seem nice and seem like they work as expected, but testing an Estonian subpremise still yielded incorrect results - subpremises were not detected

What steps will reproduce the problem? Please provide a link to a demonstration page if at all possible, or attach code.

verify that an apartment building address (without apartment number specified) yields a correct placeId:

"Pikk 74, Tartu, Eesti" returns type "premise" prediction with placeId "ChIJv5XKc9s260YRdo9JMHN3oE8"

verify that when adding an apartment number to same building (in Estonian format), the placeId is not referencing to the same building anymore:

Input with apartment number "Pikk 74-3, Tartu, Eesti" returns only type "street_address" with inaccurate placeId "EhdQaWtrIDc0LTMsIFRhcnR1LCBFZXN0aSIwEi4KFAoSCcNrdp7bNutGEYzpBfD8K5N7EEoqFAoSCY9eIILcNutGEeF6uOx2JXki"
