When Android Studio is launched the splash screen is empty and transparent. This has been the case for the last few previous versions. This is regardless of being run for the first time or on subsequent occasions. The overall startup time varies from 6 seconds to 2 seconds however in all cases the splash screen is emtpy and transparent.

The splash screen displays fine in Intellij IDEA 2022.3 and in previous versions.
