Downloading the exact same files on a WearOS watch and an Android phone will produce different file sizes from each other and the original file being downloaded.

To recreate the issue, install this project on a WearOS watch paired to an Android phone:

3 files will download to this directory on both devices:

"/sdcard/Android/data/com.example.downloadbug/files"

Comparing the files you will see they are different sizes and durations as seen in this screenshot:
