We are taking the PCI DSI certification and we've not been passing on internal pentests due the TLS v1 and v1.1 version, because it is deprecated.
Trying to change the @@tls_version global variable is not possible even by gcloud command line.

Problem you have encountered: TLS v1 and v1.1 enabled

What you expected to happen: Be able to change this variable and choose the version for certificates.

Steps to reproduce: Create a Cloud SQL Instance, go to Database Flags section, search by SSL, TLS, CIPHER variables.
