Steps to Reproduce Bug:Turn off "Always On" display setting
Set screen timeout to 10 seconds and wait or click the palm over button to turn off the display.




Expected Behavior:
Shouldn't the whole display turn off?

Observed Behavior:
The watch face is still shown but the time is not advancing.
