DESCRIBE THE ISSUE IN DETAIL:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

Call kotlin.text.MatchNamedGroupCollection#get(String) on API <26
Observe the following stack trace:

Caused by java.lang.NoSuchMethodError
No virtual method start(Ljava/lang/String;)I in class Ljava/util/regex/Matcher; or its super classes (declaration of 'java.util.regex.Matcher' appears in /system/framework/core-oj.jar)
kotlin.internal.jdk8.JDK8PlatformImplementations$$InternalSyntheticApiModelOutline$1$f9779c48389bcee564fdd42a3f0811e14a84503efe1131150d2b70c1d578c07a$0.m (JDK8PlatformImplementations.java)

Notice that java.util.regex.Matcher#start(String) requires API 26.
