One more detail, Data Layer event calls from the watch to the phone (running Android 13) do work on if the listener is in an Activity or Fragment.

Please describe your requested enhancement. Good feature requests will solve common problems or enable new use cases.
What you would like to accomplish: We want a feature to be enabled regarding the reseller console where we can provide access to customer to sub billing account but we want to hide all the Discounts, Promotions and Credits.
How this might work: With least privilege role or any customized role we want to hide the all Discounts, Promotions and Credits at sub billing account level for the customer in the GCP console.
If applicable, reasons why alternative solutions are not sufficient:
Other information (workarounds you have tried, documentation consulted, etc): Yes ,With the least privilege "Billing Account User" role we can hide the Discounts, Promotions but customer still can see the Credits ,which we don't want customer to see it .So please provide a solution for our request.
