Add some microbenchmarks using Androidx's KMP microbenchmark framework so we can monitor performance of hot code paths in CI.

This will be particularly helpful for monitoring the relative performance of Kotlin Native and helping us surface any issues to JB ahead of release.

Note this bug is to track iOS + Android microbenchmarks (hot code paths) with the AndroidX library and NOT benchmarks using kotlinx.benchmark.
