Since there is no progression, I wanted to share our quick-fix for the issue.

BuildToolsExecutableInput
provides structured access to Android SDK tools such as the AIDL compiler, which would be valuable for plugins building on top of AGP that need to kick off separate tool executions (e.g. Stable AIDL or Ads SDK Sandbox plugins using AIDL).Currently the Stable AIDL plugin reconstitutes this object from its component parts, but direct access to the class from AGP's extension or a formal API for accessing SDK tools would be ideal:
