The customer is using the Cloud vision API [1], where the sample images are failing to detect some curved and dense text.
Customer's expectations are any sample image will provide to API, then API should handle inernally like as flatering the image and maintain the image properties (Exposer, Saturatio, Contrast) so that API should able to fetch all text from image.
