Description
Summary:
Some of the key entities look like are missing for all the elements that are extracted from a W9 document.
Investigation Done:
After a call with the AI and ML Engineering team, they explained that when an entity is present in the document, it will output text anchors and normalized vertices.
Additionally, they mentioned that latest release PVs there has been an update for processor versions, except for W2 which works in a different way, in which when the entities are not present, not being populated or doesn’t have a value, it doesn’t have a text anchor or vertices to notify that the entity doesn’t exist on the information.
However this last information is not explicitly mentioned in the public documentation and it confuses the users, making them think that the entities are missing.
