Description
Issue description:Customer is planning to enable SSL encryption and IAM authentication on Cloud SQL databases. They have configured an external connection to the databases. The customer wants to know how to configure the SSL connection from BigQuery.
Feature required: To connect from BigQuery to Cloud SQL to access Cloud SQL data, then they can do it by using Database username and Database password. But as of now there is no feature to connect Cloud SQL Database from BigQuery directly using IAP instead of Database username and password.
