Description
I would like to do this using the command `gcloud tasks queues update my-queue --max-burst-size=1`. But currently that will return an error saying `max-burst-size` is not a valid option.
I have found a related ticket (
"This feature is added to `v2beta3.CloudTasks` tasks API, but not added to `gcloud` and `UI` (feel free to file feature request bugs for those specifically so that the work is assigned)."
Right now with the Tasks Api it's impossible to reliably limit it to no more than 1 message per second, if tasks are queued in bursts. So I please submit that this feature be added and the work assigned.
