I am typing 11000. My logic is to add commas in between text and replace the string using replace of editable. So I wanted new string to be 11,000 but sometimes editable.replace automatically changes text to 110001000. Adding extra 1000. I can't use anything else as I need to preserve the spans. And the issue happens only when I type 11000 or 21000 or similar. Component used: Editable replace of AppCompatEditText Version used: Android api 31 platform Devices/Android versions reproduced on: One plus - Android version 11
