Current behavior:
1. Run some tests
2. Use the mouse to adjust the column widths in the Tests|Duration|Device header
3. Bug: You can make columns wider, but you can't reduce their size. I was trying to shrink the Duration column, but it just kept getting wider and wider. Problem persists upon restarting Android Studio.

Expected behavior:
The columns should be resizable in both directions, at least to a minimum size. Double clicking the resize indicator should set the width to the minimum that contains all elements in the column.
