What you would like to accomplish:  Ability to view multiple projects’ (in the same folder) info on the Billing > Reports console, without giving the user access to all the projects in the organization.


Why alternative solutions are not sufficient: Customer must view billing information for each project in a folder separately, which is time consuming and inefficient


Problem you have encountered: A user given viewership access to multiple projects’ billing information, the Billing > Reports console only displays the info for one project at a time, without the option to aggregate the info of multiple projects


Steps to reproduce:
-Create a custom role within each project in a given folder, giving the role ‘billing.resourceCosts.ge’t and ‘resourcemanager.projects.get’ permissions
-Assigning the custom roles for each project to a user
-Said user navigates to the Billing > Reports console
-In the filters on the right, the only selection for ‘Projects’ is the current project the user is in, not giving the option to filter multiple projects at the same time
