In order to support startup profiles in baseline profiles gradle plugin we need to:

Add support to generate startup-prof in the baseline profile rule
Extract this artifact in the producer plugin and expose it in the configuration
Have the consumer plugin store all the startup profiles, merged into src/<variant>/baselineProfiles/startup-prof.txt.

Thanks for the detailed analysis. This may not be an issue anymore since we've started using Main.immediate there but I' not sure; I'll try to create a test case.
