@r22, I think Jeff is referring to the ability to split popular times by day of week in the information released by the API, not the currently existing web GUI.
Maybe the info appears as a nested object? e.g. "popular times" > "day of week" > "hour of day" > traffic count

I'm also facing the same issue. Like
1. For this Pincode 797101 India response return 0.
2. For Pincode 110091 Delhi, India value returning Ghaziabad. Which is wrong.

Description
On 22rd March, the distance matrix API seemed responding 1 response randomly selected of 2 type of responses.
For example, I sent "〒470-0371 愛知県豊田市御船町口明塚４５−１" request value several times, and the result was not the same thing every time.
So to confirm this issue, I used GoogleMaps API via sending "〒470-0371 愛知県豊田市御船町口明塚４５−１" request value. Then I got "日本、〒699-4624 島根県邑智郡美郷町明塚", or "日本 〒470-0371” addresses randomly.
And apart from this, on 4th April, I could not get any response.
For example, I sent "〒489-0004 愛知県瀬戸市日の出町２６", however the response is "NOT_FOUND".
My questions are the 3 followings.
1. What is the root cause of the issue, returning 2 types of response randomly?
2. What is the root cause of the issue, not returning any response?
3. What is the best solution for this issue? How can I fix it?
