Tests have to pass in empty curly braces as loadOperations in order to get snapshot for refresh.

Example to load just the initial refresh
```
val snapshot = pager.asSnapshot(this) { }
```

Empty braces are redundant and should not be required.

Thanks for the detailed analysis. This may not be an issue anymore since we've started using Main.immediate there but I' not sure; I'll try to create a test case.
