For record: For the current build (230309) you could clear the pixel launcher's data and leave the themed icons option disabled to get "Wallpaper & Style" working again.

The issue seems to resolve itself, as per the instruction to clear storage,
but it can be retriggered if Themed Icons are selected after clearing
Storage.

Why is this being marked as "fixed" but users are still experiencing the issues? What, just by offering some jank workaround was enough to call this good, eh? Wait for release? Bug tracking and issue resolution is definitely not the same.
To be clear, issue STILL persists. Clearing storage and cache does not resolve the issue. Factory resetting does not resolve the issue. Fixing the issue will resolve the issue, mind boggling, I know..

I can only agree with the previous speaker. The program error cannot be eliminated by the "walkaround" or by a factory reset.

I folled a Fix i found online. I deleted the saved data from the pixel launcher now it works again

Crashes only when "themed icons" is on

Can verify on my 7 Pro that turning on Themed Icons is causing the app to crash. So, ultimately, the issue must lie within those settings. Themed Icons are killing the app.

I turn animations off in Android accessibility settings. Could that be the cause. All I know is I have turn off my screen and back on and it'll go back to normal. It's almost as if the screen is expecting to do some sort of transition and gets stuck waiting. I don't think it's any launcher in particular that causes this
