I can't believe this is not implemented. I need to get a list of granted permissions like we show on the cloud console: https://pantheon.corp.google.com/iam-admin/iam .

Odd, I just got a notification about this bugs assignee change to my gmail account, and I'm not CC'd on it.
Description
I could not sync gradle if I updated to Flamingo. I had to uninstall and delete all android system files. I had to remove Java. Upon reinstalling everything, the same silly error message persist as earlier reported and refuses to be solved.
1 - Android Studio Flamingo | 2022.2.1 on Win 11.
2 - Screenshot as attached. Project zip also attached.
3 - Idea.log attached.
4 - Non-freezing.
See error message in screenshot. I've reported this before. What's happening? However, I can't use your new version.
