Enable from Developer Option
1-a) Go to Setting > About phone.
1-b) Tap “Build number” until it shows “You are now a developer!”.
-
Go to Settings > System > Developer options Turn on “Enable verbose vendor logging”.
Now reproduce the issue and take a bug report and share it here.

Since I have upgraded to 14 beta. The quality of the cellular connection is very poor.
You can see on my screen shot. Connected to 4g but no network connectivity.
Need to turn off and turn on cellular connectivity to retrieve it.
But happens very often.

4G voice is not as unstable, but I do experience call drops and incoming calls going directly to my voicemail.
I have tried 4G, 5G no IPv6 and I'm having issues no matter what cellular connectivity I configure.

an "!" In the service bar and less often indicates "No service" BUT worse,
it will show LTE, and I have no service.
Incoming calls go straight to VM, and outgoing calls fail to initiate.
This is worse as I am none the wiser I don't have service.

It doesn't make much of a difference if the network is set to prefer 5G or LTE, the connection issues are nearly the same. Changing the "Adaptive Connectivity" toggle doesn't seem to make a difference at all either. Toggling airplane mode (even frequently) doesn't always solve the issue because in many situations the cell modem just refuses to connect to the nearby tower.
I don't know the modem firmware, but it seems like something was changed that deals with the cell tower "handshake" which seems to fail pretty often so I'm left with "No Service" on the device. I have a feeling that it also has to do with some change in how "signal quality" is being determined on whether a tower/frequency band is considered connectable so 'moderate' or 'poor' towers are just ignored.
Another thing I noticed that was different was how the cell modem handles congestion (signal to noise ratio mabye??). When I was at a large music festival (before the crowds arrived), I could get a data connection but as people showed up, it was as if I was in a dead zone. I go back to the earlier assumption that the modem is refusing to connect to towers with too much "noise" which left me with "No Service".
I've also submitted a bug report with verbose vendor logs when I left a wifi connection and the phone didn't establish a connection to cell towers:

I've had data-signal drops, but now also making calls is problematic. Dropped calls, suddenly dropping audio, or even no connection at all while trying to make a call.
Data-connection works.
While roaming; No calls possible. Data connection is stable.
Device: Pixel 6 pro
Firmware: latest Android Beta
