What steps would let us observe this issue?
1. Open any app and start typing
2. The UI freezes and not responding to any touches. Sometimes System UI crashed and the app is closed.

What did you expect to happen?
UI does not freezes when typing

What actually happened?
After keyboard is slide up the UI freezes and typing is lagging

Extreme - device was unusable
