When did this happen?

What steps would let us observe this issue?
1. Open up Google Chrome Incognito Tab directly from home screen icon
2. Started typing in "club master" in the search/URL box
3. Could only type in "club" and the whole device froze up. The on-screen keyboard retracted and the phone was totally unresponsive.
4. Had to force restart manually the phone (Power button + Volume up button) after approximately 7 minutes

What did you expect to happen?
For the phone to not crash

What actually happened?
The phone crashed and had to be force-restarted

How often has this happened?
Once

What was the effect of this issue on your device usage, such as lost time or work?
Extreme - device was unusable

This was on T3B3 on a Pixel 6, updated a couple days ago
