I don't know what's wrong with my requests that you are overlooking my rights.
It is clearly stated in the Google Cloud IssueTracker support docs: "When you open a new issue report, we'll promptly acknowledge it and get to work triaging it. Expect to hear from us within two business days."

I have seen that you have assigned my error report. Next, I need you to forward it to the Document AI OCR team. If you have done so, please reply to me in the post.
Please forward the post with the 9.3 MB attachment or image to the OCR engineering team, as these contain all the current error reports.
