Service accounts are not currently supported with Carbon Footprint data transfer to Big Query.

https://cloud.google.com/bigquery/docs/use-service-accounts#data_sources_with_service_account_support

This will cause the 'service_account_name' parameter to fail with 'Invalid Argument'.

Product team is working on a fix for this issue, no ETA at the moment.
