After updates to run compiler tests with FIR, some tests were disabled for different reasons. We should consider reimplementing those tests in FIR-compatible fashion.

List of currently disabled tests for FIR:

Triage notes: We should re-enable these tests soon -- they're not critical but more tests is more better.
