The customer is encountering an issue with understanding the structure/schema of a specific field in the Audit logs .The field in question is protoPayload.requestMetadata.requestAttributes.reason. They have observed that the reason field is encoded in base64, and they have successfully decoded it. However, since it is a protobuf message, they are unable to find the corresponding schema or structure definition for this field.

The customer has already explored the Audit log documentation [1][2]but couldn't find any information regarding the definition of the reason field. They have also attempted to search for the definition in various Google GitHub repositories and performed numerous Google searches without success.

The customer is seeking assistance from the product specialist team to understand where they can find the protobuf definition for the reason field. They have exhausted various resources and channels to locate this information but have been unsuccessful thus far.
