It looks like it is possible to get negative IME inset which I wouldn't expect. Given the following code where I want to consume IME insets

override fun onApplyWindowInsets(insets: WindowInsets): WindowInsets? {
    val insetsCompat = WindowInsetsCompat.toWindowInsetsCompat(insets, this)
    val bottomInset = insetsCompat.getInsets(WindowInsetsCompat.Type.ime()).bottom
    return insetsCompat
        .inset(0, 0, 0, bottomInset)
        .toWindowInsets()
}

I get some rare crashes from the wild

Fatal Exception: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException:
       at com.android.internal.util.Preconditions.checkArgumentNonnegative(Preconditions.java:232)
       at android.view.WindowInsets.inset(WindowInsets.java:924)
       at androidx.core.view.WindowInsetsCompat$Impl29.inset(WindowInsetsCompat.java:1327)
       at androidx.core.view.WindowInsetsCompat.inset(WindowInsetsCompat.java:651)

This happens 99% on Android 11, one crash on Android 13 so far.

Should it be possible to get negative bottom inset for IME, what would it mean?
