Description
As per GCP official documentation on Cloud KMS, there are options only to encrypt the data at the rest is encryption that is used to help protect data that is stored on a disk (including solid-state drives) or backup media.
The user wants to implement Cloud KMS for an application that is hosted on VM. The encryption needs to be applied while doing an API call from the Application.
