Screen Record of the Issue
Please capture screen record or video of the issue using following steps:

adb shell screenrecord /sdcard/video.mp4
Subsequently use following command to pull the recorded file:
adb pull /sdcard/video.mp4
Attach the file to this issue.

Toutes mes applications sont bloqué et je ne peux pas me connecter à internet sur mon cell samsung. J'ai reçu 2 warning que l'on c'était branché et j'ai vue que j'avais 4 adresses sur mon i pad pour la même connection. Alors j'ai remarqué que j'avais la possibilité de les déconnecter et c'est ce que j'ai fait mais j'ai peut-être retiré la connexion de mon cell phone par erreur

Steps to reproduce:
1. Setup a network that the app will be able to connect - Here hotspot from a different phone
2. Install the sample app on Pixel 7
2. Open the app and provide Network SSID (Network name) and Network password
3. Click Connect button

Result:
- The hotspot phone shows that something is connected to the network
- The app shows Toast about binding to the network, also there is OS Toast "Connected"
- In Wifi settings we can see that the Pixel 7 is not connected to any network

Additional info:
The same scenario you can reproduce using the phone's camera to scan QR code to connect to the network - it will not work

I cannot see any request from the @google.com domain

This problem is reproducible with the sample app - I confirm it for Pixel 7a (bugreport attached)
