The R8 build does include these files in our jar and they are not used/needed. I'll amend our build to avoid including them and merge it to the release branches.

Description
A couple of years ago #188457860 was requesting the ability to disable previews from being generated on messages created by a Webhook.
The suggested solution was to use the `<url|text>` syntax which would surpress the preview generation. This has worked for my team for a long time but as of ~2 days ago our links started showing previews again when using this method.
We use message webhooks for posting a list of all pull requests requiring review every morning, the previews generated make these messages hard to read and incredibly spammy.

Make it possible to disable preview generation in Webhook messages.
