What type of Android issue is this? Reboot, Crash or Device Hang

When did this happen?

What steps would let us observe this issue?
1. Search for an app using the search bar in app drawer
2. Open app you're searching for from results

What did you expect to happen?
For the search to work normally and the app to open without issues

What actually happened?
The search lags a bit, you type the first, say, 4 letters, look at your screen confused because the search results are all web, type the next letter and only then the apps show up, almost as if system intelligence had to boot up for a bit. When opening the searched for app, system intelligence crashes and shows the dialog for app has stopped working. App opens normally
