What steps would let us observe this issue?
1. Have an active media control
2. Have always on display enabled
3. Turn off display
4. Wake up phone
What did you expect to happen?
Media control to reappear smoothly
What actually happened?
Media control appears a bit further down (where it used to be a few updates ago) then jumps to its new position after the fade in animation ends
How often has this happened?
Every time
What was the effect of this issue on your device usage, such as lost time or work?
None - device worked normally
