What steps would let us observe this issue?
1. Turn on Do Not Disturb, then later turn off the same (Do Not Disturb schedule can also be used)
2. Try to send some messages or call from different phones, no notification will be received by sound will come

What did you expect to happen?
To receive notification on screen after turning off Do Not Disturb Mode

What actually happened?
Notification is not being received even after Do not Disturbe Mode is inactive

How often has this happened?
Every time

What was the effect of this issue on your device usage, such as lost time or work?
Extreme - device was unusable

Additional comments
This is a very irritating bug, and needs attention at priority.
