Cloud Tasks unavailability in europe-west4 [287389745]

Based on GCP's documentation on products available by location, Cloud Tasks service is not available in the europe-west4 region. This can also be confirmed by running gcloud tasks locations list

Since there is no existing request to bring the service to the region, this thread has been created to track current & future demand.

I also experience a high number of 502 in europe-west1
