What steps would let us observe this issue?
1. Use the phone as normal
2. Notifications and copy/paste randomly stop working after some time

What did you expect to happen?
Notifications and copy/paste to continue working

What actually happened?
Notifications and copy/paste pop-up menu completely stopped working

How often has this happened?
Every time

What was the effect of this issue on your device usage, such as lost time or work?
Extreme - device was unusable

Additional comments
Notifications stop showing randomly and require a restart to fix. Also all copy/selecting text options are completely broken when that's happening as well.

Core basic system features just don't work. All is well for a short period of time after a restart though.

Not having copy/paste turning out to be painful. Shocked that it's happening this late in the process with no hot-fix.
