Sorry i forgot to mention

That we are an asset tracker company that uses the Google location services to provide locations to our customers, and we have verified the position of our device with the customer, so we are sure that the location is incorrect.

In a look up this is what we receive.
134 : GLoc result = 43.6747486, -79.3614126 cep = 2904.0
134 : using Third party result 43.6747486, -79.3614126 cep = 2904.0
135 : target CEP = 2000 actual = 2904.0

We know this is incorrect as the customer has said it is in British Columbia(Watson Island, Prince Rupert, North Coast Regional District, British Columbia, V0V 1G0, Canada). This has been confirmed when a device has connected to nearby Cell. See info below

Please can someone acknowledge that this needs attention or push me in the right direction to get this resolved.   My customer is desperate to get this sorted.
