Repro steps

Implement Google maps iframe as per the test page attached
Navigating with keyboard, open the Keyboard shortcuts panel
Navigating with keyboard, try to scroll up and down the list.

Current behaviour:

The focus remains on the close button of the panel and it is impossible with keyboard to scroll up and down the list. The content of the panel has scroll bars vertically and horizontally.

Yes please :) Along with a more specific definition of how the Popular Times are determined (how much history? done by mobile device activity? check ins?)
