1. Customer would like to have an option to configure dataproc agent directory other than /tmp and turn on the auto deletion of /tmp files. With current configurations there is a risk that due to lot of files in /tmp, disk may become full.

2. Customer would also like to have a feature in Dataproc agent where it can automatically create launcher python script in case if it's missing from the agent directory which is being written at /tmp currently.
