One more detail, Data Layer event calls from the watch to the phone (running Android 13) do work on if the listener is in an Activity or Fragment.

Description
I would like to transfer resources from one project to another in the same organization.
Such a tool or service does not exist at the moment.
Is it possible or feasible to add something like this ?
I understand that resources in Google Cloud cannot be transferred between projects due to specific considerations and requirements. These include regional constraints, dependencies on other resources or services, compliance regulations, service management and control factors, and API or service-specific limitations. These restrictions are implemented to ensure data integrity, security, and the overall stability of the services.
